Leslie began her writing career in high school, where she wrote her first romance long hand and stored it in a three-ring binder. Since then she's created short stories, novella, novels and the occasional piece of poetry.

With the release in 2006 of her paranormal, THE PRICE OF DISCOVERY, Leslie's dream came true. She was finally a published author. March of 2007 saw the release of her first full-length historical novel SECRET INTENTIONS.

A final in RWA's prestigious Golden Heart contest for her historical MARK OF THE MONSTER, has given Leslie confidence that gothics are making a come back. She is ever hopeful that her agent can garner a sale for this dark, sexy story.
