Live Help is a private conversation (Internet chat) between you and an HRC Staff Rep (hrc911). Your message cannot be viewed by others.

The staff rep. will normally respond in less than a minute, and their response will appear in the top window.

After HRC receives your message, a staff member will normally respond within 24 hours via the email address you provide.
